Tamar Dubuc, PhD
​Co-founder and principal consultant
I specialize in strategic planning, research and program design. I turn insights into actionable plans, developing initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive meaningful impact. As a scholar in gender and organization studies, I bring a learned perspective on matters of equity, diversity, and inclusion to each project. My full-time role as Senior Strategist at the University of Ottawa complements my consulting work.
Kelly Gray

I lead and motivate teams to work effectively toward shared goals, with a strong focus on partner development and data-driven decision-making. I enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and using analytics to improve outcomes and guide strategy. ​In addition to consulting, I serve full-time as Director, Donor Relations, at the University of Ottawa.
